This website is operated by Charles Gould, trading as Further My Future. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Charles Gould / Further My Future. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

2. What information we collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide when you get in touch, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share about yourself or your business. We do not use cookies, tracking technologies, or analytics tools on this website, and we do not collect any data automatically from your visit.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct mentoring sessions if we agree to work together, and communicate with you in the course of providing our services. We will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
4. Our legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries), contract (to fulfil our obligations where we have agreed to provide services), and consent (where you have explicitly agreed to us contacting you).
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Information relating to an active or past mentoring relationship is retained for up to 3 years after the relationship ends. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. How we store and protect your data
Your information is held securely in personal email and notes. We do not use third-party CRM systems or marketing platforms, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at charles@furthermyfuture.com. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would always welcome the opportunity to address your concerns directly first.
